What are your hours?

Pricing
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the volume of junk we remove. We give you an on-site quote after seeing what needs to go — no surprises, and you approve the price before we start any work.
How do I get an exact price?
Call us or request a free estimate on-site. We look at the volume and scope of the job and give you one clear number before we lift anything — quoted upfront, every time.
Are there hidden fees?
None. The on-site quote is your final price. Labor, hauling, and disposal are all included. No surprise charges after we're done — ever.
Do you charge extra for stairs?
No. Stairs and carry-out distance are factored into the on-site quote. We assess the full scope first, then give you one price — before we start.
What We Take
Do you take furniture?
Yes. Sofas, mattresses, beds, dressers, chairs, tables — any size, any condition. One piece or a full room, we haul it away.
Do you take appliances?
Yes. Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves — old or broken, we handle the heavy lifting and responsible disposal.
Do you take construction debris?
Yes. Drywall, lumber, concrete, tile, roofing materials, and renovation waste. Call for a quote on larger construction cleanouts — we price those by volume too.
What don't you take?
We don't accept hazardous materials — chemicals, paint, asbestos, batteries, fluorescent bulbs, or other toxic substances. These require licensed hazmat providers. Everything else, just ask us.
How It Works
Do I need to move items to the curb?
No. Our crew carries items from anywhere on your property — inside your home, upstairs, from the attic or basement. You just point at what goes.
What happens to my junk after you take it?
We sort everything we haul. Items in good condition go to local charities. Recyclable materials go to proper recycling facilities. The rest is disposed of responsibly. We divert as much as possible from the landfill.
Can you handle a full estate cleanout?
Yes. Estate cleanouts — including downsizing, full-property clearings, and large multi-room jobs — are a specialty. Call us to discuss your specific situation and get a quote.
